Questions, answered.

Can’t find what you need? Email support@sqcreativemedia.co.uk and a real person at our London studio will reply, usually within one working day.

How does it work?

Choose a design, add your names, date, venue and photos, then preview it exactly as your guests will see it. When you’re happy, pay once and you get your own link to share on WhatsApp, iMessage, email or social media.

How much does it cost? Is there a subscription?

No subscription. You pay once per invitation: £4.99 for Classic designs and £9.99 for Signature wedding designs. That includes unlimited guests, RSVPs and changes.

Can I see it before I pay?

Yes. You can design and preview your invitation for free, including the opening animation. You only pay when you want your shareable link.

How do guests reply?

Guests tap the invitation, open it and reply on the RSVP card. You’ll see every reply in your account, get an email for each one, and can download the guest list as a spreadsheet. You can also send replies to WhatsApp or email instead.

Can I change the details after I’ve sent it?

Yes, any time. Your link stays the same, so everyone sees the latest version.

Can I put each guest’s name on the envelope?

Yes. From your account you can create personal links, so each guest sees “For Aunty Rina” or “For The Patel Family” written on their envelope.

Do my guests need an app or an account?

No. It opens in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer.

Will the link look good on WhatsApp?

Yes. Your link shows a preview card with your photo or design, names and date, so it looks like an invitation before it’s even opened.

How long does my invitation stay online?

At least 12 months after your event date, so guests can look back at it.

Can you design something bespoke?

Yes. Our London design studio makes custom invitations, monograms and full wedding stationery. Email support@sqcreativemedia.co.uk.

Tips for a perfect invitation

  • Use “&” between two names to get the stacked couple layout.
  • Add the full address with postcode so the Maps button takes guests to the right door.
  • Portrait photos work best for arched and cover designs.
  • Send personal links from your account so each envelope shows the guest’s name.
