Try before you buy

You can design and preview your invitation for free, including the opening animation, before paying anything. We’d always rather you were sure before you buy.

After you pay

Your invitation is digital content that goes live straight after payment, at your request. Because of this, the 14-day cancellation period doesn’t apply once your invitation is live. You confirm this when you pay.

When we will refund

• If your invitation has a fault we can’t fix within a reasonable time, we’ll refund you in full, as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires.
• If you were charged twice, or charged for an invitation that never went live, we’ll refund the extra payment.
• If you bought by mistake and haven’t shared your link, contact us within 14 days and we’ll usually offer a refund as a goodwill gesture.

How to ask

Email support@sqcreativemedia.co.uk with the email address on your account and your invitation link. We reply within two working days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and usually arrive within 5 to 10 working days. Once refunded, the invitation is taken offline.
